On September 8, we’re featuring “The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement,” by Eliyahu M. Goldrattand and Jeff Cox, a book which reveals a unique business lesson that is told through a fictional story about a manager’s fight to save his plant’s operations.

John Knotts, Executive Book Review presenter, will relay his perspective about the book, and why the authors believe in the Theory of Constraints. He’ll share some examples from the book that suggest operational improvements for business owners and managers to improve productivity and profitability.
